Omani entrepreneurs explore biz at expo

Sept 25: A delegation of Omani entrepreneurs recently visited a Chinese products exhibition in Amman, Jordan, to explore business opportunities in that country.

The visit was organised by the East Company for Exhibitions Organisation. The company holds conferences, festivals and exhibitions inside and outside of the Sultanate.

Oman’s Ambassador to Jordan Mohammed bin Khamis al Farsi held a meeting with a number of Omani entrepreneurs and those from other countries. The entrepreneurs met some owners and exporters of Chinese products at the two-day expo.

The visit coincided with the Chinese trade programme, ‘Go China’, held in cooperation with the Meorient International Exhibition Company.

The delegation is visiting the city of Bursa in Turkey from October 11 to 14 and Tunisia from October 18 to 22.
