OFA, PART sign broadcast agreement
MUSCAT: Oman Football Association (OFA) on Sunday and Public Authority for Radio and TV (PART) signed an agreement for live broadcast of football matches overseen by OFA. The agreement will be valid for three years starting from the 2016-2017 football season.
The agreement involves the broadcasting of football matches, local tournaments and Oman national football team matches. It is also aimed at achieving marketing partnership between OFA and PART and enables them to share the advertising revenues.
The deal was signed by Dr Abdullah bin Nasser al Harrasi, Chairman of PART and OFA Chairman Sayyid Khalid al Busaidy. — ONA
