Wheat silo project at Sohar Port cleared

MUSCAT: The Tender Board held its 10th meeting for 2016 under the chairmanship of Dr Rasheed bin Al Safi al Hraibi, Chairman of the Tender Board and awarded RO 63,322,055 worth tenders for the following projects.

The agreement for leasing spaces to store 70,000 metric ton (MT) of wheat for the strategic wheat silo project at Sohar Port in Governorate of North Al Batinah for the Public Authority for Stores and Food Reserve (RO 30,450,000). Allocating a satellite channel on the Nilesat for the Public Authority for Radio and Television (RO 5,266,680).

Providing technicians to maintain and operate equipment in Sohar Hospital, as well as at other health institutions in Governorate of North Al Batinah (RO 4,009,054). Providing consultancy services for the design and supervision of Al Batinah Expressway Part 3 — Stage 5 (RO 1,303,806). Providing regular maintenance with the supply of spare parts for imaging equipment and CT equipment at a number of health institutions for the Ministry of Health (RO 1,098,037).

Renewing the lease agreement for the building of the Secretariat General of the Administrative Affairs Council for Judiciary in Governorate of Muscat (RO 603,174). Supply of technicians for the operation and maintenance of equipment and devices at Ibra Hospital and other health units in Governorate of North Al Sharqiyah (RO 546,473).

Supply of technicians for the operation and maintenance of equipment and devices at Khoulah Hospital in Governorate of Muscat (RO 546,473). Renewing the lease agreement for the building of the Specialized Centre for Teachers’ Vocational Training of the Ministry of Education (RO 513,000).

Renewing the lease agreement for the building of the Court Complex of the Ministry of Justice in Al Seeb for two years (RO 342,250). — ONA
