Toyota: Oman’s most trusted automotive brand 2016
IN a recently conducted OER-Arabian Research Bureau’s survey, Toyota has once again emerged as the most trusted automotive brand.
The survey listed the top brands that have established an emotional connect with customers, by winning their loyalty and trust. Toyota emerged as the leading brand in the automotive (general) category ‘that has won the trust of customers in Oman and is the most deserving of emotional attachment, respect, patronage and loyalty.’ Respondents from all sub-segments placed high trust in Toyota, in comparison with other automotive brands.
According to the Saud Bahwan Automotive (SBA) group spokesperson, the recognition is a strong endorsement of Saud Bahwan Automotive’s (SBA) commitment towards Toyota customers in Oman, “Being acknowledged, yet again, as Oman’s Most Trusted Automotive Brand is a great honour, indeed,” the spokesperson remarks, “Our corporate philosophy, from the very top down to the shop floor is ‘Customer Satisfaction No.1’. We believe in serving customers in Oman with Toyota’s best products, supported by after-sales service of an equal calibre. The award underscores the trust that people have in the brand.” The OER-Arabian Research Bureau’s survey was conducted across 18 different categories to gauge the confidence of the public regarding the brands for each category. Surveys were conducted with Executives and Top Management working in corporates in both Muscat and interior regions to understand responses.
