Alargan selects Omantel for Telal Al Qurm project
Dec 26: Omantel has signed an agreement with the leading property developer Alargan to deliver a complete suite of telecommunication services and infrastructure for the company’s upcoming Telal Al Qurm Project. This will include a fibre-optic hi-speed voice and data based network installed at the modern urban community to be developed in Qurum, Muscat.
Commenting on the importance of the partnership, Tony Safarian, General-Manager, Telal Al Qurm Real Estate Company said: “We are delighted to sign this agreement with Omantel, Sultanate’s leading integrated telecommunications services provider. As part of the agreement, Omantel will design, install and maintain a state-of-the-art fibre-optic hi-speed voice and data based network directly at the site. Following the installation of the necessary infrastructure, the services Omantel will provide include fixed voice and data services, mobile voice and data services, and high speed broadband connectivity. Omantel is well equipped to offer ‘triple play’ services to the residential complexes as well as state-of-the-art solutions to businesses located at the new community as and when required.
