Business, investment opportunities forum from May 1

MUSCAT: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry will organise on May 1, 2 in ShangriLa Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa, Oman International Business and Investment Opportunities Forum.

The Forum will discuss a number of business and investment opportunities in the Sultanate of Oman, the countries of the region and some brotherly and friendly countries in various economic sectors, such as commerce and industry, oil and gas, renewable energy, logistics and other promising economic sectors.

The forum aims at providing a platform for the participating countries to present their business and investment opportunities in the aforesaid sectors, as well as providing an opportunity for participants to hold side and bilateral meetings in order to exchange experiences and present their business and investment opportunities.

It is expected that there will be a wide regional and international participation in the forum by representatives of the relevant government bodies of some of the brotherly and friendly countries, as well as chairmen and CEOs of major investment, industrial and commercial companies from the Sultanate and other participating countries.

The forum will be organised in coordination and cooperation with a specialised international and a leading company in organising similar conferences in a number of Arab, European, Asian, American and Australian cities and capitals.
