Indian varsities to offer higher education options

MUSCAT: Scores of leading and reputed universities from across India will be in Oman to participate in India Education Exhibition on January 16 and 17 at the Hotel Haffa House.

This education expo is the exclusive event on Indian education held annually in Oman to showcase Indian educational resources, best practice methods and training.

Each year across 18 countries, over 50,000 visitors attend, get counselled, discuss and compare thousands of resources, designed to meet a huge range of educational needs. The exhibition organised by Indus Group, a leading business to business media group and the largest Indian exhibition organiser with many events in it umbrella, is known for its vast array of resources, course information, training and demonstration which make this a highly useful convergence both students, parents who can have direct interaction with experts from the educational arena.

Information on more than 100 courses in demand, scholarships information for NRIs will be on display, according to the organisers.

Some of the renowned universities and colleges include Anna University, Manipal University India, SRM University, Hindustan University, Vishwakarma Institutes, K J Somaiya Institutions, BMS Educational Institutions, Thapar University, NITTE University, Jain International School, MS Ramaiah University, Aditya Group of Institutions, and Acharya Institutes.

The exhibition in Oman is being organised by East Expo LLC, Oman and Lynx Oman.
