Residential project inspected

MUSCAT: Shaikh Muhana bin Saif al Maawali, Wali of Baushar and Head of the Compensation Committee for Al Misfat Locals affected by the cement plant in the Wilayat of Bausher, on Tuesday visited the residential city in Al Awabi area in Baushar project.

The residential project in Al Awabi in the wilayat includes 145 housing units. Around 98 per cent of the first stage, which includes 98 housing units with utilities to check the progress of the and services, have been completed.

The second stage of the project, which includes 47 housing units, will be completed after approving the budget. During the visit, Shaikh Al Maawali was accompanied by Mohammed bin Salim al Busaidy and Aziz bin Salim al Hassani, the two representatives of the Wilayat of Bausher in the Majlis Ash’shura, members of the Municipal Council and representative of the Ministry of Housing.
