Bank Sohar hosts staff party

IN recognition and appreciation of its staff ’s continues dedications and contribution towards customer excellence, Bank Sohar recently organised its Annual Staff Party at the Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Muscat. The fun filled event, was attended by members of the Bank Sohar staff together with their spouse.

In his speech at the event, Sasi Kumar, the Acting CEO of Bank Sohar, highlighted the importance of holding regular team events, saying, “We believe that success and sustainability in any organisation depends heavily on maintaining a highly productive and motivated team. This annual event is held in recognition of the tireless efforts of every member of the bank’s team; as well as in celebration of the many milestones we have achieved so far. This coming year in particular, is of great significance as we are nearing the completion of our tenth year of successful operations in the Sultanate. Such a monumental accomplishment would not have been possible were it not for the heartfelt commitment and professionalism of our dedicated staff.”

The event was organised by the Bank’s Human Resources Department with the objective of bringing the entire bank team together in a social atmosphere, whilst recognizing their efforts, commitment, and the vital role they played in the growth and success of the bank.
