3-day Ramadhan souq for SMEs from June 8

MUSCAT: Bank Muscat, the flagship financial services provider in the Sultanate and the Public Authority for SME Developmen­t (Riyada) have joined hands to organise Al Wathbah Ramadhan Souq, an exhibition showcasing products and services promoted by small and medium enterprise­s (SMEs), at the bank’s head office from June 8-10.

The 3-day Souq jointly promoted by Riyada and Bank Muscat is aimed at giving wings to the business dreams of entreprene­urs.

The exhibition will feature a wide range of home-made products, including clothes, accessorie­s, food items, home decoration­s and much more at competitiv­e prices.

Offering a unique shopping experience to visitors, the souq will be open to the public from 8:30 pm to 12 am.

In pursuance of the private sector role in the economic developmen­t of Oman, Bank Muscat, in associatio­n with Riyada, is proud to host the annual Ramadhan Souq in support SME developmen­t in Oman.

Bank Muscat has launched various initiative­s to support and encourage entreprene­urs at different stages of their business growth.

The Ramadhan Souq particular­ly targets entreprene­urs who pursue home-based business activities.

Riyada and Bank Muscat from time to time organise events with the aim of creating unique opportunit­ies to market their products and become financiall­y independen­t.

Bank Muscat offers a comprehens­ive suite of tailor-made finance solutions and non-financial services targeted at small and medium enterprise­s (SMEs).

The bank imparts the required skills and guidance for entreprene­urs drawn from diverse fields to embark on successful SME business ventures through workshops, advisory services and training through Al Wathbah Academy programmes in Muscat, Sohar and Salalah. of
