Highest level of security with BankDhofar mobile wallet
MUSCAT: As part of its endeavour to support the Central Bank of Oman’s initiatives to add to the convenience of the E-Banking channels and to further enhance its customers experience, BankDhofar is glad to announce the its Mobile Wallet; a new, secure and easy way to transfer money to other wallet users just by registering the beneficiary’s mobile number via our awardwinning mobile banking app.
Commenting on the launch, Abdul Hakeem Omar al Ojaili — CEO of BankDhofar said: “We are delighted to be part of the Central Bank of Oman’s initiative of the mobile clearing system within our mobile banking application. This is a new system for money transfer between banks providing a safe, secure and efficient payment infrastructure in the Sultanate. Funds can be transferred via BankDhofar’s mobile banking app from the customer’s wallet to other customer’s wallets by using their mobile number with cash from RO 1 up to a maximum limit of RO 500 per day for mobiles and devices using Android and IOS systems. This service is available in both English and Arabic and executed instantly and available 24/7.
