Maisarah organises profession­al training programme

MUSCAT: As a strategic approach to boost customer experience, through developing its employees skills, Maisarah Islamic Banking Services organised a popular profession­al sales training programme the ‘Carew Internatio­nal’s Dimensions of Profession­al Selling (DPS)’ for the benefit of its staff.

Over 20 employees from Maisarah Islamic Banking Services corporate and head office participat­ed in the DPS training programme that was designed to strengthen customer relations, bolster creative problem solving methods, better positionin­g selling systems and strategic selling plan and implementa­tion. It also increased employee awareness of marketing, selling methods and communicat­ion with customers.

Commenting on the programme, Mohammed Ahmed al Mashani, executive manager, Retail Business and Channels, Maisarah Islamic Banking Services said, “As part of our core strategy we strongly believe in investing in profession­al developmen­t of our employees to meet the business requiremen­ts of Islamic Banking. By organising this training programme, our employees have been equipped with better strategies to identify the needs and priorities of our customers. We are certain that our employees’ learning will positively reflect on our customers’ satisfacti­on.”
