Real estate awards to be presented on Dec 12
MUSCAT: Association’s Awards 2017 December 12.
“The Oman Real Estate Awards 2017 aims to highlight the achievements of the real estate companies, their efforts and contributions to the development of this area,” said Saleh al Riyami, Secretary-General of OREA.
He added that the competition will provide a local platform for real estate companies, developers, architects, planners, brokers, retailers, consultants and specialists.
He said this year there will be 18 awards compared to 17 last year.
The awards are for Best Commercial Real Estate Developer, Best Residential Real Estate Developer, Best Retail Units Developer, Best Oman Oman will be Real Estate Real Estate presented on Project for Multiple Use Award, Best Real Estate Website, Best Real Estate Marketing Company, Best Real Estate Promoter on Social Media, Best Affordable Real Estate Project and Outstanding Project Representing a Milestone Award.
He added that the real estate management and real estate brokerage category and their awards include the Best Real Estate Management of the Year Award, the Best Real Estate Broker of the Year Award, Best Real Estate Website, Best Real Estate Marketing Company, Best Real Estate Small or Medium Company and Best Real Estate Promoter on the Social Media. The third category is the Architecture Engineering, Design, or Planning Category and its award includes Best Company in the Field of Architecture, Design or Planning for the year. He added that in the Banks Category, the award is allocated for the Best Housing Finance Company. In the Individual Category, the award is allocated for the Best Real Estate Chief Executive of the year and the Best Woman in the Real Estate Sector for the year.
In the Government Awards Category, the award is allocated for the Best Government Real Estate Project and the Best Contribution to the Real Estate Sector.
OREA secretary-general said that the registration can be done online at www.oreawards.om.
During the conference, an agreement was signed with MAF Partners, which will organise the competition and the awards ceremony.
