Global Money exchange opens branch in Salalah

MUSCAT: Global Money Exchange, one of the leading money exchange houses in Sultanate, has opened its 40th branch in Awqad in Salalah.

The new branch, which is the sixth in Dhofar Governorat­e is situated near to the Bank Muscat in Awqad.

The branch started functionin­g on November 8 was dedicated to public by TVS Ramana Rao, Chief General Manager and Regional Head, State Bank of India, MEWANA, Region, Dubai, in a grand function held at the Branch.

K S Subromoniy­an, Managing Director, R Madhusooda­nan, General Manager, S Mathai Andrews, Regional Manager and Fostin Nunez were present during the opening ceremony.

Ramana Rao compliment­ed Global Money Exchange in their efforts in opening more branches in the country to facilitate better remittance facilities to the local and expat population besides providing employment opportunit­ies.

He assured that the latest technologi­cal support will extended from State Bank of India, which is managing the Global Money Exchange Company, in extending fast and efficient remittance facilities.

Global Exchange offers immediate credit to all bank accounts including on public holidays and has got arrangemen­ts with various Banks and instant cash products across the world.

In addition to the regional office opened during March 2017, this is the 3rd branch opened in the Governorat­e during the current year.

As part of the company’s expansion plans, a branch is proposed to be opened in Musandam Governorat­e shortly.
