Thumrait Services emerge A division champs
SALALAH: Thumrait Services emerged the A division league champions in the third edition of Salalah Cricket League after the matches on last Friday.
In the last A division match, Mohammed Riaz toppled Danube for runners-up position after the beat Salam Air.
In B division, Arabian Beach Tourism became champions to and FAS Aluminium ensured the runnersup position.
In C division, Dhaka Travels emerged champions, while USG Boral Zawawi finished second.
In D division, Gharbia Enterprises won the title and Al Aqmar secured the runners-up position.
Oman Cricket Club Salalah began its knockout tournament on Friday with Thumrait Services Co, Creative Engineering and Abu Issra’a Digital Studio advancing to the next round in A division.
