“On top of our national priorities is the education sector, with all its types and levels. It will receive full attention, and it will be provided with the supporting environment which motivates research and innovation.

REGIONAL ROLE

“In the Arab front, we will continue to support the Arab League and cooperate with our brethren, leaders of Arab states, to achieve the goals of the Arab League, promote our citizens’ lives, distance this region from conflicts and work for economic integration that will serve our Arab peoples.”

DECENTRALISATION

“We have also laid down the regulatory foundation of local administration through a system of decentralisation of services and development in the governorates. We will regularly follow up progress in the administrative system with the aim of supporting and developing it to empower society to shoulder its responsibility in nation-building.”
