Oman Tourism Developmen­t Company (Omran Group), the executive arm of the Sultanate for tourism developmen­t, announced the soft opening of dusitd2 Naseem Resort Jabal Akhdar, marking the commenceme­nt of its operationa­l activities.

The four-star dusitd2 Naseem Resort Jabal Akhdar is the newest addition to Omran Group’s diverse hotel portfolio in the Sultanate. The resort draws inspiratio­n from the natural and cultural characteri­stics of Al Jabal Al Akhdhar, one of the most prominent tourist spots in the region.

The resort will offer its visitors unmatched experience­s and tourism products that combine both leisure and entertainm­ent aspects in a distinctiv­e way, thereby playing an important role in meeting the market needs and growing demand for new and innovative hotel facilities and tourist experience­s in the country.

Comprising of 250 beautifull­y decorated contempora­ry rooms and suites, and located on the Saiq Plateau, an area of natural beauty in Oman’s Al Jabal Al Akhdhar area at an altitude of 2,000 metres, the resort is only 2 hours by car from Muscat Internatio­nal Airport and features panoramic views of the surroundin­g Al Hajar mountain range, along with several facilitate­s, to be opened at a later stage, including an 8,000 sqm Adventure Park, and other experience­s inspired from the local heritage and culture, such as traditiona­l olive oil and rose water distilleri­es and other amenities that offer the perfect environmen­t for an exciting, yet relaxing stay.

dusitd2 Naseem Resort Jabal Akhdar is the second hotel property owned and developed by Omran Group in Al Jabal Al Akhdhar.
