Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran Group), the executive arm of the Sultanate for tourism development, announced the soft opening of dusitd2 Naseem Resort Jabal Akhdar, marking the commencement of its operational activities.
The four-star dusitd2 Naseem Resort Jabal Akhdar is the newest addition to Omran Group’s diverse hotel portfolio in the Sultanate. The resort draws inspiration from the natural and cultural characteristics of Al Jabal Al Akhdhar, one of the most prominent tourist spots in the region.
The resort will offer its visitors unmatched experiences and tourism products that combine both leisure and entertainment aspects in a distinctive way, thereby playing an important role in meeting the market needs and growing demand for new and innovative hotel facilities and tourist experiences in the country.

Comprising of 250 beautifully decorated contemporary rooms and suites, and located on the Saiq Plateau, an area of natural beauty in Oman’s Al Jabal Al Akhdhar area at an altitude of 2,000 metres, the resort is only 2 hours by car from Muscat International Airport and features panoramic views of the surrounding Al Hajar mountain range, along with several facilitates, to be opened at a later stage, including an 8,000 sqm Adventure Park, and other experiences inspired from the local heritage and culture, such as traditional olive oil and rose water distilleries and other amenities that offer the perfect environment for an exciting, yet relaxing stay.
