In these blessed days and upon the advent of Eid al Adha, I am greatly honoured to express the most sincere greetings to Your Majesty, praying to the Almighty Allah to bring back this occasion while Your Majesty enjoying good health and a long life. I wish that He would protect Your Majesty under His divine care and guard you as a strong support and a source of victory.

Your Majesty, the Supreme Commander, The personnel of Your Majesty’s Office, Your Majesty’s honest guards, take this happy occasion to reiterate their allegiance. They pledge to defend the dear homeland and its gains, deriving power from Your Majesty’s enlightened vision and firm will. Their solid determination is greatly enshrined in a deep-rooted belief whose slogan is “Faith in Allah, Loyalty to the Sultan, Defence of the Homeland”.

Your Majesty, the Supreme Commander, Oman, draped in garlands of the Renewed Renaissance Age, advances with firm steps towards greater growth and prosperity, leaning on solid foundations and aspiring for greater achievements and a bright future for its coming generations.

Your Majesty, the Supreme Commander, We are grateful to the Almighty Allah that He has entrusted to Oman and its noble people such a wise Sultan and a striving leader (as Your Majesty). We pray to Him that this occasion would come again when Your Majesty is adorned in good health and happiness. We pray that He would assist Your Majesty with everlasting triumph and divine wisdom.
