Quality education is what makes learning a pleasure
Nowadays quality play’s vital role in all fields. Educational dimensions are also changing day by day. Many countries are forming accreditation bodies for the qualitative checking in teaching, learning and evaluation process. Quality has received high attention in almost all countries of the world as one of the fundamental improvements of education systems that must keep going on with global changes.
Any country’s economic growth depends mostly on the improvement in qualitative education. Human development to a great extent depends on the improvement in Education and higher education plays a leadership role in the system of education. The
United States is divided into six educational accreditation regions. European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) is one of the major accreditation bodies in Europe.
In Oman, Oman Academic Accreditation Authority was renamed as Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation and Educational Quality Assurance by Royal Decree. Oman continuously works with dedication to bring the quality in education.
For this research is one of the important elements and in Oman, The Research Council is working hard to inculcate the research enthusiasm in educationalists and students.
Quality research most commonly refers to the scientific process of research. Quality education is what makes learning a pleasure and teachers must discuss with the students what constitutes a Quality experience for them. So, Student’s study and learn with a particular system, and the teachers must continuously watch ‘on’ the system to improve the teaching Quality with the help of students.
A systematic way to measure the educational attainment of any institution is to focus on the highest level of education a particular individual attended. It is either expressed as the absolute number or the share of the population with a particular level of education. Quality indicators in education is the identification of the construct of educational quality and characterisation of selected quality indicators. The implementation of one HEIS results are based on feedback that is provided to the students.
Whatever the infrastructure is provided to the institution, educational quality can be determined by three major factors. 1.Theteacherandteachingmethods and 2. Educational content and 3. Learning environment. So, the governments or managements of the educational system must watch these three aspects closely. 360 degrees evaluation is necessary in teaching staff.
Most of the HEIS show that they have a higher number of Phds as their faculties but their contribution to research is not linked. So, the staff performance must be linked with their research achievement and especially high index journals.
While thinking to develop the quality of education, it is essential to think about the centre point of teaching i.e., teacher. Once the content distributor is made efficient automatically content will become more powerful. Hope everyone will look at these three major factors.
