3 Beliefs you need to let go in order to land your desires

1. Nothing good ever happens to me. This is not true and as long as you give it energy you will never see the good that is happening.

2. Other people have it much easier than me.

What someone else does or doesn’t have has nothing to do with you. Focus on your journey.

3. I’m not good enough to live the life I want.

Darling, you always were and are good enough. Start embodying this belief.

The fastest way to receive what you desire is to let go of the beliefs that tell you that you can’t, will not, or do not deserve it! Landing what you desire is not complicate­d but it definitely requires you to actively call it in, make space for it, and allow it to come to you.

In my business I work with clients on using breathwork and embodiment to help release these mindset blocks and clear out emotions that have gotten stuck. Something I tell clients often is, do not complain about not receiving what you don’t believe you are capable of achieving. If you don’t believe in it but are then complainin­g about it not happening, please remember that complainin­g is not going to make what you want magically appear.

When we complain it really means we are looking outside of ourselves. When we complain we are tied in the past or the future. We aren’t being present with what is. So, instead of trying to blame something, instead of giving up: GO INWARDS. Work on your beliefs. Realise that your outer reality is a representa­tion of your inner beliefs. Transform what’s inside and your outer reality will reflect that.

Your breath is also a wonderful tool that helps you anchor into your present, help you clear out stuck emotions, and help you be more conscious about your thoughts and beliefs. When you are connected to the present you see life for what it is, not for what it was, or will be, or should be. You live life for what it is. You exist in the reality that it is. This connection to the present is the start of creating what you desire your life to be.

When you understand the body-mind connection your reality shifts because now you know your thoughts, beliefs and emotions are what is creating your reality. Now you know in order to anchor something in your reality you need to also be able to anchor it in your body and mind.

Look at what you believe. Look at how it is or isn’t serving you. Look at whether or not it is helping you create the life you desire or telling you it’s not possible. This work is subtle but the shifts can be magnanimou­s if you are ready for them
