Badr Al Samaa holds social media football contest

MUSCAT: Badr Al Samaa Group of Hospitals in association with Oman Football Association (OFA) held a prize distribution ceremony for social media contest winners.

Badr Al Samaa in collaboration with OFA had recently run a social media contest on Instagram and Facebook for the football lovers namely ‘Score with Badr and Win’. In the Instagram and Facebook Reels, the national football players of Oman asked a series of questions to the social media users to test their knowledge about the game. Owing to the immense support and following for football in Oman and also football being the national sport of Oman, the contest witnessed a lot of engagement from the users and many of them responded with the right answers. For each question winners were chose through lucky draw system and in total 29 winners were selected.

A gift handing over ceremony was held in the conference hall of

Oman Football Association. The gifts to the winners were handed over by the management of OFA; Hilal al Sinani, General Secretary, Shabib al Hosni, Assistant General Secretary and Dr Majid al Wardi, Head of Medical Services and management of Badr Al Samaa; Firsath Hassan, Executive Director and Sameer PT, CEO.

A co-branded T-shirt, Executive Health Check-up and a hypermarket gift voucher was given to the winners.

Speaking on this occasion, Hilal Al Sinani said the journey with Badr Al Samaa has been incredible and he appreciated the extraordinary medical support provided by Badr Al Samaa to OFA.

Firsath Hassan assured continuous support to OFA and said that sport is the best was to send across the message of fitness and good health. He said they will continue to support all sports in Oman.
