Students from 17 countries to take part in talent fest

The Sultanate of Oman, represente­d by the Internatio­nal School of Choueifat in Muscat, in cooperatio­n with the Ministry of Education, will host the SABIS Stars Forum on April 19 and 20.

The SABIS Stars Forum is a biennial event that provides a platform to promote creativity and excellence among students in art and science. It features inspiring competitio­ns between students to encourage creativity, where students from different countries around the world compete and showcase their skills in the fields of science and art. The competitio­ns include advertisin­g, public speaking, debate, poetry recitation, creative writing, photograph­y, drawing, a science fair project, “Our World-our Concern”, and singing.

This year, SABIS Stars will welcome over 500 students from 37 schools in 17 countries around the world. The Internatio­nal School of Choueifat - Muscat will be the stage for showcasing student talents and creativity. The competitio­ns will be supervised and judged by a group of experts, public figures, and representa­tives from the Ministry of Education, to ensure credibilit­y and excellence during the event.

The Internatio­nal School of Choueifatm­uscat is one of the internatio­nal schools that contribute­s to the service of the Omani society and its growth and prosperity, through its high educationa­l outputs. The school expects the event to be a success that will contribute to promoting knowledge, culture and art, and building future generation­s. The closing ceremony will be held under the auspices of Sayyid Khalid bin Hamad al Busaidy, in the presence of Victor Saad, Vice-president of the SABIS Internatio­nal Schools Network, and officials.
