Bankdhofar’s SME customers share their insights and experience­s

MUSCAT: Bankdhofar recently launched the SME Business Banking Account — a specialise­d bank account for small and medium enterprise­s that is easy and convenient, enabling the SME entreprene­urs with a rewarding experience.

The account provides solutions to meet the day-to-day needs of customers and offers a range of investment solutions, including time deposits and financial products, to help businesses grow and maximise their surplus funds.

Some of the key features of the SME Business Banking account are; simplified account opening, POS connection support, wage protection system, that simplifies managing employees’ salaries, remote cheque capture and deposit services, payment gateway and a customised credit and debit cards designed to meet the unique needs of SME’S. Reasonable transfer rates Jaifar al Khabouri, owner of Bindera Village Foundation, confirmed that Bankdhofar provided many facilities upon opening the Bindera. He commended the money transfer fees in comparison to other banks, as well as e-payment services such as SOFTPOS and Internet banking services.

Mohammed al Qasmi, owner of Araa Services and Trade, hopes to see his establishm­ent grow in the coming years with the facilities and support provided by Bankdhofar to SMES and various government and private entities. Al Qasmi has a bank account for his company at Bankdhofar. Speaking about the nature of his business, Al Qasmi noted; “I provide maintenanc­e services to government institutio­ns and establishm­ents in particular, and I did not use the media or various advertisin­g means to promote, but social relations were my only way to introduce my establishm­ent.”
