2 policemen dead after patrol car collides with camel

MUSCAT: Two police officers were killed after their patrol car hit a camel, a reliable source at Royal Oman Police (ROP) said.

The accident took place in the early hours of Wednesday in the Wilayat of Al Mudhaibi, 166 km from Muscat.

The police officers, from the Wilayat of Yanqul, 256 km from Muscat, were found dead at the scene.
