Travel Point officials congratula­te ‘I Love Sultan’ campaign winners

MUSCAT: The winners of ‘I Love the Sultan’ campaign had gathered at Rumba Lattina restaurant at The Cave complex in Muscat in the midst of cheers and celebratio­ns recently.

Out of the total registered names, a hundred people won prizes. Prizes included a brand new Nissan XTrail, diamonds, iPhones, luxury travel packages, 5-star hotel stay and club membership­s among other gifts. The major sponsors of the campaign were Travel Point, 7 Store, Suhail Bahwan Automobile­s, Malabar Gold & Diamonds and Sheraton Oman Hotel.

Travel Point had sponsored the prizes for internatio­nal holiday package for couple in the campaign. The officials of Travel Point congratula­ted the winners and expressed their happiness in supporting an event which garnered huge interest among the nationals and expatriate­s alike.

According to Sudeep Joseph, head of Travel Point, “‘I Love the Sultan’ was an excellent innovative initiative creating a portrait of His Majesty; involving children added to the beauty and elegance of the campaign. I had personally seen the excitement in kids in generating maximum participat­ion. This campaign radiates the unconditio­nal love and affection this nation has for His Majesty, from a child to an adult, from an expat to a national.” “Travel Point is proud to be part of this campaign and will always support any such social cause in Oman, especially when it’s about showing our gratitude and respect to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said,” he added.
