McDonald’s honours its employees at annual party

MUSCAT: McDonald’s Oman (Al Daud Restaurants) celebrated its annual dinner party at Sheraton Hotel Muscat, where employees who have exemplified greater hard work and outstanding performances during the year 2016 were given special awards and recognition.

McDonald’s is a company that always seeks to recognise top performers demonstrating the brand’s excellent standard in quality, service and cleanliness in restaurant operations. Awards and recognitions given were: 2016 Best Restaurant Manager, Best Overall Performer and Best Crew Mem- ber, says a press release.

“I am very happy and proud that the store under my supervision has achieved the top overall performance during 2016. I share this achievement to the rest of the team who did their best to provide the best service to our valued customers,” Ahmed Al Afari, Operations Consultant of McDonald’s Oman said.

Daud, Development Licensee and president of McDonald’s Oman said: “It is worth to mention that McDonalds’s honours employees who have exemplified excellent performances every year and we are proud that Afari, who started his job as service crew in McDonald’s has served as an inspiration to young Omanis in the organisation.”

Held under the theme Formula-1, McDonald’s Annual Dinner Party gathered together McDonald’s employees clad in Formula-1 outfit, depicting the brand’s2017 Drive-Thru Challenge.

McDonald’s 2017 Annual Dinner event showcased cool talents, exciting gift prizes, and fun filled activities, a tradition that marked McDonald’s employees’ camaraderie, friendship, teamwork, and enjoyable moment together.
