MUSCAT: The 11th Times of India (ToI), Pan India Property Show will be held on February 24 and 25, at Al Falaj Hotel, Muscat.

The biggest ever property show of 2017, with Pan India Pavilion, promises to showcase the India’s latest and best properties for sale. The long establishe­d exhibition remains the only property show in Oman dedicated to top developers and builders across India with thousands of various properties ranging from apartments, villas, row houses, plots, commercial to retail properties to suit their budget, says a press release.

Demonetisa­tion and the new budget announced in India, with focus on real estate and affordable housing has already resulted in a reduction of home loan rate interest rates. Developers and builders are offering good discounts, bargain deals, transparen­cy to main- tain their position in a market, which is now an ideal investment option for serious end-users. Implementa­tion of Real Estate Regulation Act (RERA) rules further strengthen­s the fact to ensure a fair playing field for the customer by bringing in profession­alism, standardis­ation and transparen­cy. This has impacted sales in the real estate sector.

Lijihas Hussain, director of Lynx which is organising the property exhibition along with Times of India and Arab Gate Expo said, “The Times of India property show firmly aims to meet the demand for different mix of properties, a wide variety of homes from all over India particular­ly, 2 and 3 tier towns that are gaining a lot of attention and serves as an ideal investment option for NRIs, apart from the metros.”
