OER Finance & HR Summit on May 24

MUSCAT: OER Finance & HR Summit and Top 20 Awards scheduled for May 24 at Grand Hyatt Muscat, will bring together experts from the region and beyond to deliberate a host of pressing issues impacting business.

Organised by the Sultanate’s leading business magazine,

and its publisher, United Media Services, the Summit will be one such platform bringing together finance and HR professionals to ideate and arrive at breakthrough solutions on burning issues. It will provide for a plethora of insights into the world of performance management, succession planning, cash flow supervision and related areas.

The summit part of the event will be followed by the presentation of the coveted OER Top 20 awards for the financial year 2016. Modelled on the Fortune 500, the OER Top 20 is

annual ranking of the Sultanate’s Top 20 listed companies. Companies have been evaluated and ranked on the basis of their revenue, as derived from the published accounts submitted to the Muscat Securities Market.

There would be case presentations of good performance management practices in the region and keynote address from industry experts across GCC, panel discussions and sharing of current trends and best practices.

The format of the forum has a unique target audience comprising top management, finance and HR professionals from the industry.
