BankDhofar named ‘Best Bank in Oman’
MUSCAT: In further recognition of its success as one of the leading Banks in Oman BankDhofar, the most innovative financial institutions in Oman, won ‘Best Bank in Oman’, Large Banks Categories 2017 by OER, at the ‘Oman Banking & Finance Awards and New Age Banking Summit 2017’ which was organised by United Media Services (UMS).
The award was received by Abdul Hakeem Omar Al Ojaili, CEO of BankDhofar, during a high profile gathering that was held at the Sheraton recently. The awards ceremony was held under the auspices of Hamood Sangour Al Zadjali, executive president, Central Bank of Oman and brought together CEO’s, senior executives and business leaders from different companies, as well as senior government officials, and keynote speakers from regional and international organisations.
Marwan Al-Zadjali, head of Alternative Delivery Channels delivered a presentation titled ‘The Power of Mobile Banking’. He highlighted the importance of mobile banking in boosting customer experience, as well as the key features of BankDhofar mobile banking application.
