Chevrolet one hour service boosts customer convenience

-

MUSCAT: Chevrolet owners in the Middle East have access to the brand’s Complete Care programme, which means scheduled maintenance takes only an hour, and they are guaranteed an appointment within two days. One company is making it its business to take the hassle out of car servicing.

“We wanted to be more customer-centric, so we listened to our customers’ feedback and honed in on what the key pain points are for car ownership. We knew that we had to make the process of getting your car serviced more convenient, which is why we introduced one hour servicing across the region,” said Mohammed Al Fayyad, Cus- tomer Care and Aftersales director for General Motors Middle East.

The increased access and convenience that Chevrolet dealers have committed to delivering is the cornerstone of what the brand calls its ‘Chevrolet Complete Care pledge’.

“It’s our promise and commit- ment to customers to deliver a world class ownership experience,” said Al Fayyad.

He added, “The customer’s voice is what drives our new aftersales programme, and we continuously look to make their Chevrolet ownership experience the most rewarding and satisfying.”

The aftersales aspect of Chevrolet Complete Care is based on extensive research, focus group insights, customer feedback and suggestions. The findings showed that car owners want greater con- venience. Chevrolet now offers customers the availability to book a One Hour Service appointment within two days through the regional and national call centres. The scheduled service will finish the service in 60 minutes inclusive of handover of the vehicle. A dedicated team of two or more service technicians per bay ensure that the work is completed in time with genuine parts and no compromise on quality of service.
