Owners take possession of apartments at Badr Al Hamra

-

MUSCAT: The Badr Group has commenced the handover of its landmark development, Badr Al Hamra located in central Qurum. Marking the completion of another quality development, the process of apartment transfer to the new owners marks a milestone in terms of quality and timely delivery.

Badr Al Hamra occupies a prime site in the highly sought after Quryat Qurum zone, which is fast evolving as one of the most desirable places to live in central Muscat. The area’s fast development of luxury apartment buildings represents a new and exciting urban lifestyle option, with cafes, restaurants, and shops on the doorstep.

Yasir Sulaiman, director of the Badr Group commented: “We were delighted with the way in which investors identified the advantages of owning in this project. Sales off-plan was very swift and now that we are handing over apartments to the owners, we are equally delighted to see their reaction on taking possession. Owners are thrilled at the quality of their new homes, the building’s architectural attributes, and overall ambience. We have already established the Owners’ Association and look forward to having our first meeting soon.”

Shiji Thomas, head of Sales at Savills Oman also commented, “As demand was so high for this project, Badr has now instructed us to release some more apartments in Dahlia Project for sale, next door to Badr Al Hamra. These were originally to be held by them for investment purposes but now to meet the ongoing demand, will be released for sale in the coming weeks.”
