DUBAI: The UAE ranks one of the highest for bottled water consumption in the world with each resident consuming an average of 250 litres of bottled water each year, which in order words implies that each individual spends over USD1,400 a year on hydration.

“I started my career in Mumbaias a door-to-door sales man selling water purifiers and today decided to dive into the supply of water purifiers in the Middle East. We tasted instant success as our prices are competitive and go as low as AED999. I personally have used bottled water for a large part of my time in Dubai and decided to opt for a greener solution. I would urge everyone to make a one-time investment for the health and safety of their families as well as help preserve the environment.”

The Milano water purifier is a compact machine that can be wall mounted or kept on a desk. It comes equipped with a five-stage purification system and eradicates up to 99.9 percent of the impurities that may be present. In addition, Milano credits its success to its in-home servicing system. All consumers receive top-notch after sale services and a three-year warranty, where checks on the operation of the purifiers, cleaning of the filters as well as a regular feedback system are available.

Moreover, the burgeoning awareness among consumers about drinking water quality and heightened demand, Milano estimates to sell over 30,000 number of water purifiers in the year 2017 and are prophesied to dominate the water purifier market in the Middle East.
