Zubair Corporation extends support to entrepreneurs’ forum to organise Iftar
MUSCAT: As part of its initiatives to reach out to the local community during the spiritually uplifting month of Ramadan, The Zubair Corporation (Z-Corp) recently extended its support to entrepreneurs’ forum to organise an Iftar at the Crowne Plaza Muscat.
A number of government officials, executive heads of public and private companies and entrepreneurs attended the Iftar.
The Iftar gathering provided a platform for entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium enterprises in the Sultanate to discuss the future of entrepreneurship with decision makers from the private and public sector. It also provided them an opportunity to exchange experiences and gain knowledge.
A host of topics and issues related to the difficulties faced by entrepreneurs in the Sultanate and how to deal with them was discussed at the social gathering. This meeting also deliberated on the investment opportunities for entrepreneurs as well as reflected on the issues of acquisition, consultations, training and rehabilitation.
Ibrahim Al Salmi, Social Communication manager at ZCorp said, “Ramadan gives us a chance to reconnect with members of the society and restore our commitment towards creating a positive impact in society. Through this event, Z-Corp reaffirmed its pledge to give entrepreneurs a platform to be heard and cooperate in their journey towards accomplishment.”
