Mercedes-Benz launches complimentary Khareef safety check for Salalah customers
SALALAH: Once again setting the standard for road safety in the Sultanate, Mercedes-Benz Oman has launched its complimentary Khareef Safety Check campaign.
Running from July 16 to September 15 exclusively at its Salalah Service Centre, the inspection is available free of charge to drivers of Mercedes-Benz passenger cars. This latest initiative has been created to promote road safety and to give drivers the confidence of knowing their vehicles are in the best condition for driving during the Khareef season.
“Regular inspections of your vehicle go beyond driving performance and comfort, it is vital to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of drivers and their passengers in all road conditions. Taking this into account, we have developed the Khareef Safety Check to ensure added peace of mind for Mercedes-Benz drivers who are taking road trips during the monsoon season in Salalah,” explained Lawrence Good, Mercedes-Benz Oman CEO.
He added: “This initiative further cements the rigorous commitment to our vision of accident free driving in the Sultanate and around the world. Mercedes-Benz is proud to offer the Khareef Safety Check to our customers as part of our ongoing promise that ‘Safety has a Home’ at Mercedes-Benz.”
Available exclusively at Mercedes-Benz Service Centre in Salalah, the complimentary inspections involve a thorough examination carried out by highly skilled factory trained MercedesBenz technicians, delivering the highest quality of service in the industry to ensure superior vehicle performance. The free inspections include a rigorous checkup of the breaking system, exterior lights, car battery including battery starting, condition of wiper blades with windscreen washer nozzle adjustment, fluid level checks (engine oil, coolant, breaking system, and windscreen washer system), tyres and wheels including tyre pressure adjustment and a spare tyre check.
