Waljat College to start its next batch of EMBA and BBA weekend programmes

MUSCAT: First time in the Sultanate of Oman working executives, have great opportunit­y to enhance their educationa­l career to further heights, with weekend mode programme in Executive Master of Business Administra­tion (EMBA) and Bachelor of Business Administra­tion (BBA) introduced by Waljat College of Applied Sciences at KOM, Rusayl.

The weekend mode EMBA & BBA programme, designed by Waljat College of Applied Sciences in academic partnershi­p with Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, India, is aimed to give an opportunit­y to working executives, who are unable to attend regular classes due to their work and family responsibi­lities.

They can utilise their weekend timings to fulfil their ambition and passion by putting efforts to pursue higher studies and achieve their desired goals in the future. It is worthwhile to note that EMBA weekend programme has been introduced in the year 2016 and has received good response from working executives across Oman. Classes will start in September 2017.

The EMBA and BBA programme is globally recognised and is affiliated to Birla Institute of Technology, India.

Waljat College of Applied Sciences has experience­d faculty members, who will be imparting knowledge in the following areas of specialisa­tions: Finance Management, Marketing Management and Human Resource Management. The EMBA weekend mode programme period is 2 years with 4 semesters whereas BBA weekend mode programme study duration is 4 years with 9 semesters and classes will be held on Friday and Saturday.
