Ooredoo launches its new website

MUSCAT: Ooredoo has launched its innovative new website to provide customers with a seamless and refreshing way to interact with the company online.

The new website features improved search functional­ities, live chat services, and the ability for Ooredoo customers to browse the whole site free, allowing them to enjoy the internet even more.

Commenting, Feras Al Shaikh, Ooredoo director of Consumer Sales said, “As data experience leaders, we wanted our revamped web and mobile site to bring us into the digital age, as well as giving us the opportunit­y to share more with our customers. Alongside a visual overhaul with a cleaner and more sophistica­ted design, the new site makes access to informatio­n seamless and includes a live chat support for all visitors. Customers are welcome to search, browse and experience our site free of data charge in English and Arabic whenever they choose.”

Among its many features that have taken user-friendline­ss to new heights, the site also includes improved ReadSpeake­r text-to-speech solutions, giving a voice to Ooredoo’s content. Text can be heard in Arabic and English to help customers who prefer or require use of the service.

He added, “We are proud to continue introducin­g marketlead­ing technology that enhances and empowers our customers with a more immersive digital experience. This is all part and parcel of our efforts to champion human growth with the power of innovation, which has led the developmen­t of all our products and services.”
