Suhail Bahwan Group employees celebrate Omani Women’s Day

Suhail Bahwan Group celebrated this year the Omani Women’s Day with a motto ‘Be the women of Power, Purpose and Passion’

MUSCAT: The Omani women have received the attention and care of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said and they currently play a prominent role in society.

In appreciation of the Omani women’s participation in the growth and development of the Omani society, October 17 every year has been dedicated as a day for Omani women.

Suhail Bahwan Group has been marking this special occasion every year with joy and pride. Suhail Bahwan Group celebrated this year the Omani Women’s Day with a motto ‘Be the women of Power, Purpose and Passion’.

Amal Suhail Bahwan, the vice chairperson of the group, joined her Omani colleagues to celebrate the joyous occasion with the cutting of a cake followed by an interesting and lively interac- tion with employees.

Amal said, “Omani women have certain unique qualities within them; one of them is the power of positivity, to face every hurdle with a positive approach.

“Whatever we do, whether at home or in the office, we should do it with a definite purpose and execute them with passion. If you approach everything with these three principles, I am sure we all can reach greater heights and prove ourselves.”

The Suhail Bahwan Group has commenced several initiatives for the Omani employees particularly the women employees that include recognising and awarding the best employees of the month, regular training programmes to upgrade their professional skills, etc.
