Ooredoo launches dedicated call centre for fibre customers

MUSCAT: Empowering users in Oman to enjoy the internet, even more, Ooredoo continues to provide Superfast Fibre customers with benefits from its call centre devoted exclusivel­y to their needs.

The recently opened contact centre has a full range of inbound and outbound call services, offering solid support to all call- ers. Ooredoo’s customer service champions are available 24/7 to answer customer enquiries, provide IT assistance, take or process orders. Customers can have any of their Superfast Fibre inquiries answered by simply dialling 1514.
