Dhofar Auto hosts Ladies Open Day

-

MUSCAT: Dhofar Automotive recently organised a Ladies Open Day event at its new showroom facility in Wattayah in collaboration with The Guide Oman.

The event provided attendees with updates and details on the Jeep brand and its latest models; as well as an opportunity to meet with the talented team from The Guide Oman.

Rhett Maxwell, the general manager of Dhofar Automotive said, “We have quite a large female customer base here in Oman, especially for Jeep, many of whom are also Jeep Wrangler Owners and off-road enthusiasts. We organised this event so that we could interact more closely with them; obtaining their feedback on their experience with their vehicles and with Dhofar Automotive itself, while at the same time provide them with the updates on our latest Jeep products. We also wanted to create an avenue for them to meet and interact with the capable team at The Guide Oman; who are some of the best in the country when it comes to organising desert adventures.”

The event saw the attendance of over 70+ ladies comprising Dhofar Automotive and The Guide Oman clients, Jeep Club Oman members, college students, and Jeep enthusiasts.

The event commenced with a speech by Rhett; followed shortly by another from Rebecca Mayston, manager from The Guide Oman. Shortly thereafter, the attendees were provided with a detailed presentation on Jeep’s current vehicle line up as well as updates to Dhofar Automotive’s services. Concluding the event was a raffle draw, which saw Amjaad Zaher Al Mahrooqi win a fully sponsored desert trip by Dhofar Automotive in a Jeep Wrangler with The Guide Oman.

Attending customers who own Jeep Wranglers were also provided with an opportunity to receive a free vehicle health check at the time of registration. A Mopar corner was also set up by the Dhofar parts team, showcasing performance parts and educated the attendees on the day-to-day consumable parts utilised.
