What makes it more attractive is that customers can avail a low EMI rate (terms and conditions apply) of OMR76 for Grand Tiger TUV double cab pickup (2WD) and OMR92 for Grand Tiger TUV double cab pickup (4WD). All BAIC models EMI’s are calculated based on 20% down payment and six years loan tenure. They are subject to credit approvals from banks/finance companies.

Special features
Grand Tiger TUV variants have special features including steel rail, front fog lamp, 235/70R16 – alloy wheel, remote central Lock, CD Player + four speakers, audio control on steering wheel, tachometer, power rear view mirror, power windows, ABS + EBD, DAB and Rear Parking sensor.
Grand Tiger TUV with its 2.4-litre engine with 5-speed manual transmission provides a refined performance, overall length of 5310 mm and width of 1812mm make it the most spacious pickup in its class. While the height of 2WD is 1,735mm, the height of 4WD is 1,775mm. It has a wheelbase of 3,100mm and a fuel tank of 73 litres.
Grand Tiger TUV has a sporty dashboard, integrated console, auto air conditioner, self-luminous instruments make the interiors comfortable for a long journey. Lifestyle pickup image is further reinforced by 16-inch alloy wheels, side steps, chrome outside mirrors and over fenders.
Grand Tiger TUV has many standard safety features, which are available only in high-end pickups such as ABS, EBD, dual airbags, parking sensors and steel roll cage. The tread of the tyres is best in a class given extra grip and comfort on road. The cargo bed protector is standard in TUV pickups which gives longevity.
BAIC acquired SAAB (Svenska Aeroplan Aktiebolaget) which is a North European brand from Sweden. At the end of 2009, BAIC Motor took over the SAAB’s core assets, including its 9-5/9-3 vehicle platform, turbo engine transmission, R&D, manufacturing and supplier systems. The SAAB unique front wheel drive and steering technology were also inherited by BAIC.
Gulf Great Sands has a state-ofart service centre in Ghala, Muscat, spread over more than 2900 square meters to provide aftersales services to BAIC customers. GGS has already tied up for periodic maintenance services in many cities including Salalah, Sohar, Sur, Nizwa, Ibra and Barka.
