Muscat Municipality felicitates Lulu Group

Lulu Group International partnered with Muscat Municipality towards beautifying the premises around the Oman Avenues Mall

MUSCAT: Muscat Municipality recently felicitated Lulu Group International for its valuable contribution in partnering with Muscat Municipality towards beautifying the premises around the Oman Avenues Mall which is a property operated by the Lulu Group International.

The group representative received a certificate of appreciation as well as a shield trophy from Muscat Municipality officials. The certificate and trophy was presented to the senior management of Lulu Group International by Eng. Mohsin bin Mohammed Al Sheikh, the director general of Muscat Municipality.

The project was executed over a period of three months and is a noteworthy addition to the ongoing beautification process and visual appeal of the city undertaken by the Muscat Municipality. Located next to Oman Avenues Mall, it takes the form of a levelled green space area planted with vegetation and greenery, with attractive sections of stone paving incorporated into the design.

The project is the result of Lulu Group International’s ongoing commitment and readiness to engage with the Muscat Municipality on projects that encourage a sustainable environment in Oman, and a sustainable society that enhances the attractiveness of the urban environment for the residents of Muscat.

Commenting on the recognition, Shabeer K. A., director of Lulu Group International said: “We are pleased to be partnering with the initiative by Muscat Municipality towards enhancing the natural beauty of Baushar as well as happy to promote the strategic private-public collaborations. The landscaping project has become an attractive addition to the city and a key green space in the area that we’re very proud of.”
