OTE Group and ACDelco recognise top customers

MUSCAT: OTE Group and ACDelco recognised their top performing customers during the recently concluded customer meet in Muscat.

The meet was well attended by ACDelco dealers and corporate customers. This meet was held to celebrate the OTE Group’s continued success in ACDelco market share enhancement and to thank the customers who have made it happen.

The dignitaries that presided over the event were Ehab El Ramahi, Regional Parts Wholesale manager, Tom Sutton, Parts Business manager and Fadi Tadros, Aftersales Marketing manager from ACDelco and senior members of OTE management.

OTE thanked all the customers for contributing to the consistent growth of ACDelco products in Oman and highlighted various new ACDelco products that were recently launched and some others about to be launched apart from drawing attention to the OTE Group’s wide network of parts and service centres and various marketing initiatives to support them.

A detailed presentation was made by Ehab El Ramahi about the features and benefits of ACDelco range of products that includes ACDelco lubricants, batteries, A/C gas, and all make products like spark plugs, filters, brakes, wiper blades and car care chemicals. ACDelco parts are engineered to match the specifications precisely, continuously tested, validated & improved to ensure that the latest technologies and innovations are in every part, thus making them reliable.

This meet showcased the ACDelco product line-up and also facilitated closer interaction between ACDelco officials, OTE team & its customers.

It also provided more insights on the enhanced applications and usage of various ACDelco products to customers.

The overwhelming participation from customers in the event highlighted the strong support ACDelco commands in Oman.
