MUSCAT: Spreading the scent of luxury fragrances since the 1950’s, Lootah Perfumes recently made its grand launch in Oman Avenues Mall in Muscat.

Since it opened its first store in the UAE, Lootah stirred immediate interest and lured perfumes aficionados from across the GCC. A leading perfumery giant based in the UAE, they have ever since opened 13 more stores in the United Arab Emirates.

Now expanding its base outside the UAE, Lootah Perfumes has opened its very first store in Oman Avenues Mall and this will be followed by two more at Muscat City Centre and Al Mouj Muscat.

The launch event received an overwhelming response from local media representatives and social media influencers. Creating a wave of excitement amongst men and women, Lootah ensures its fragrances have a satiating scent for even the most discerning noses. The media got to sample their various perfumes, ouds, essential oils and even their signature agarwood.

“The response we have received from the Oman market is phenomenal,” said Lootah Perfume spokesperson. “It comes as no surprise though; Oman is a country that is known for its frankincense, and its people have a distinct understanding of and value fine perfumes that reflect the Arab heritage.”

Taking inspiration from the east and west, the old and new, the classic and contemporary, Lootah Perfumes include an exquisite range of products like Oriental and French perfumes, incenses, fragrant oud, luxury perfumed blended oils and the finest agarwood. Each product is made from all natural ingredients, using techniques and recipes passed down through generations of skilled perfumers.

In addition to perfumes, Lootah is also purveyors of exquisite incenses and fragrant oud, keeping the age-old tradition of crafting the unique product alive. Lootah takes pride in preserving the heritage and especially telling the story of how its ancestors discovered bukhoor and passed it on from one generation to another. The company also produces fragrant oils that have positive effects on health and beauty.
