Renault celebrates Women’s Day

MUSCAT: To mark the International Women’s Day on March 8, Renault Oman invited women customers to its showrooms across Oman. The event, which was a tribute to women from all walks of life, aimed to honour them for their hard work, dedication and contribution to the society.

The women were invited to Renault Oman showrooms in Qurum, Mabelah, Barka, Buraimi, Nizwa and Salalah.

A spokesperson for Renault Oman, from the house of Suhail Bahwan Automobiles (SBA) said, “International Women’s Day is a perfect opportunity to honour women. We are proud to celebrate all the remarkable women and wanted to thank them for their dedication, skills, hard work and commitment in helping build this society. The Renault Group is committed to a proactive policy of promoting women at every level. Our event across Oman witnessed a great turnout. Homemakers, bankers, medical professionals and educationists were among the women who attended the event.”

The spokesperson added, “The event received a great and positive response from the extraordinary women at all our showrooms, especially in the interiors. Renault Oman was especially praised for this special initiative which honoured women and all they have achieved regardless of the field.”

At the event, Renault car models were showcased, and the attending women were informed how the Renault models are suited to today’s modern women, whose expectations are varied and demanding.
