Foundation and constructi­on work begins for ‘Office 1991’

MUSCAT: Al Khonji Real Estate & Developmen­t (Aqar) - the leading company in real estate developmen­t projects and smart offices started its constructi­on and foundation works for the ‘Office 1991’.

The launch of the project came after a deep and thorough study of the market and reading the aspiration and need of different companies to reflect their aspiration­s on the ground, in an integrated project from all sides. It will be a milestone in the market on the completion of the architectu­ral masterpiec­e in the sense of the word, a centre of business and it will take an important place in the national economy.

Office 1991 is a 36-metre office building height project with 166 office units, consisting of 13 floors, four floors of which are undergroun­d, and are reserved for parking, Office units are distribute­d on floors 8-1.
