Counsellor Forum, Univer ID Registration System to enhance experiences at Ghedex

MUSCAT: For the first time in Oman, the Counsellor Forum & Univer ID Registration System has been introduced to this year’s Ghedex, taking place at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre from April 16 to 18.

The Forum will host B2B matchmaking opportunities between exhibitors and 50 Counsellors and principals of leading high schools from Oman, UAE and Qatar. Experienced professionals in the field of education can network and update the counsellors on admissions policy and course information. They, in turn, can pass this on to their students and their parents.

Schools selected at the Forum represent some of the most common education systems in the world (IB, A-Level, SABIS, CBSE, Pakistani, Local). Exhibitors are encouraged to keep their submissions, plans, investments aligned towards productive academic promotion and to preregister online where using our scheduling software to manage their time between the exhibition and the forum.

The Univer ID Registration System will also be available to allow universities & students to do away with the registration entry form formalities and focus more intently on discussions & career guidance. Students & Exhibitors may register themselves on the System by visiting www. ghedex.om

Once students sign up for the ‘The Univer ID Registration for Students’, they can log in, fill out their basic information, academic details and upload the necessary documents required. On generating their IDs, they can proceed to give that ID number to any of the stands they are visiting at Ghedex so that they do not have to fill in the registration forms every time.

Participating exhibitors can also register on the site to get instant, full access to the student profiles. On registration, the university will have the ability to search for the IDs, download reports and students’ documentation of those who have visited their stand at Ghedex. This is exclusive for Ghedex and only be available for those participating in the event.
