Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, Akbar Al Baker, said: “We are delighted to be celebrating one year of flying to Sohar, our most recent destination in the Sultanate of Oman, a country which we began serving nearly 18 years ago. Sohar is ideal for travellers wishing to explore the warmth of the Omani culture and the hospitality of the Omani people. We look forward to introducing more visitors to this beautiful coastal city, as well as to connecting passengers from Oman to our rapidly growing network, with more than 150 global destinations to explore.”
