ISO 9001:2015 Certification awarded to Saud Bahwan Automotive

“It has always been this way,” says the Group spokesperson with reference to Saud Bahwan Automotive being one of first automotive companies in Oman to have been initially awarded the ISO 9000 certificate way back in March 1998, “Our commitment to customers is relentless and that forms the core of our operations in Oman,” adds the spokesperson pointing out that the certification follows a rigorous extensive internal, external audit to assess all requisite business requirements for conformity, such as compliance of documentation of processes, performance measurement, monitoring and improvements.
Indeed, for over a decade the company has routinely maintained the certifications following a number of predetermined internal audits that authenticate the company’s level of compliance and continual improvement in quality management.
The new certificate is as per the latest ISO 9001:2015 standards and has been granted following the certification by BMQR Certifications, which is accredited by AIAO-BAR (USA) one of the world’s premium accreditation body and BMS Certifications (Accredited to Dubai Accreditation Center and a member of IAF) for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard. The certification covers 22 sales, service and parts outlets of Saud Bahwan Automotive operations of Toyota, Lexus and Toyota Fork lifts across the country.
This latest achievement reflects the organisation’s deep commitment towards the overarching principle of customer satisfaction.
