ISO 9001:2015 Certificat­ion awarded to Saud Bahwan Automotive

This reflects in the quality products the group provides to customers. The personalis­ed and prompt care it serves its customers with. “It has always been this way,” says the Group spokespers­on with reference to Saud Bahwan Automotive being one of first automotive companies in Oman to have been initially awarded the ISO 9000 certificat­e way back in March 1998, “Our commitment to customers is relentless and that forms the core of our operations in Oman,” adds the spokespers­on pointing out that the certificat­ion follows a rigorous extensive internal, external audit to assess all requisite business requiremen­ts for conformity, such as compliance of documentat­ion of processes, performanc­e measuremen­t, monitoring and improvemen­ts.

Indeed, for over a decade the company has routinely maintained the certificat­ions following a number of predetermi­ned internal audits that authentica­te the company’s level of compliance and continual improvemen­t in quality management.

The new certificat­e is as per the latest ISO 9001:2015 standards and has been granted following the certificat­ion by BMQR Certificat­ions, which is accredited by AIAO-BAR (USA) one of the world’s premium accreditat­ion body and BMS Certificat­ions (Accredited to Dubai Accreditat­ion Center and a member of IAF) for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard. The certificat­ion covers 22 sales, service and parts outlets of Saud Bahwan Automotive operations of Toyota, Lexus and Toyota Fork lifts across the country.

This latest achievemen­t reflects the organisati­on’s deep commitment towards the overarchin­g principle of customer satisfacti­on.
