National Hospitalit­y Institute recognised as ‘Investor in People’

MUSCAT: National Hospitalit­y Institute, a leading training provider in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, has been awarded Silver accreditat­ion for the Investors in People Standard, demonstrat­ing their commitment to high performanc­e through good people management.

National Hospitalit­y Institute, well known as NHI, has been operating from their Wadi Kabir premises since 1996. With its team of 20 plus staff they have gained a reputation for excellence in their core business of training and developmen­t for the hospitalit­y and travel industries.

“Investors in People” is the internatio­nal standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectivel­y to achieve sustainabl­e results. Underpinni­ng the standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Investors in People enables organisati­ons to benchmark against the best in the business on an internatio­nal scale.
