Bank Muscat al Mazyona appeal shifts to series of grand prizes

Adding excitement to festivals and national celebrations, al Mazyona rewards customers with special prizes

MUSCAT: Bank Muscat, the flagship financial services provider in the Sultanate, in step with its vision ‘To serve you better, everyday’ and commitment to partnership in encouraging a savings culture in Oman, has lined up a series of grand prizes for al Mazyona savings scheme customers, including an exclusive draw for Zeinah women customers coinciding with the Omani Women’s Day this month, followed by a special draw on the occasion of the Sultanate’s 48th National Day, and the country’s biggest year-end prizes.

The grand year-end prizes totalling OMR900,000 will be shared by seven winners, including the mega OMR 500,000 prize for asalah Priority banking customers. The end of year prizes awaiting al jawhar Privilege banking customers include OMR100,000 each for two customers. The attractive year-end prizes also include OMR50,000 each for four customers across the Sultanate. Customers are required to maintain the minimum balance requirement in each category for three months to qualify for the year-end prize draws.

Adding excitement to festivals and national celebrations, al Mazyona rewards customers with special prizes. An exclusive draw for Zeinah women customers coinciding with the Omani Women’s Day in October is a highlight in which 20 customers will be rewarded with OMR5,000 each. On the occasion of the Sultanate’s 48th National Day, a special draw will be held offering OMR3,000 each for 48 winners.

Every month, 24 prizes totaling OMR440,000 are to be won by the high saving asalah and al jawhar customers. The monthly prizes earmarked for asalah customers include OMR20,000 each for 10 winners and OMR50,000 each for two winners. The monthly prizes reserved for al jawhar customers include OMR10,000 each for 10 winners and OMR20,000 each for two winners. The 2018 al Mazyona savings scheme also rewards a large number of customers every month. The monthly prizes include OMR1,000 each for 140 winners and OMR5,000 each for 28 winners across the Sultanate.

Notably, al Mazyona has retained an exciting salary transfer scheme to reward winners with a fixed salary prize of OMR500 every month for a year. All that customers need to do is transfer their salary of OMR500 and above to the bank. Ten customers are rewarded every month in the salary transfer scheme. Targeted at Zeinah women customers maintaining a minimum balance of OMR100, al Mazyona offers 10 monthly prizes of OMR1,000 each.

Al Mazyona Children’s Account holders can also participate in exclusive monthly draws in which 30 winners are rewarded every month with OMR100 each and another 10 children whose birthday fall in the same month can win Birthday prize of OMR100 each with a minimum saving balance of OMR50. Al Mazyona children’s account holders are also eligible for other al Mazyona prizes where they will get 2 chances by maintaining a minimum balance of OMR100.

Youth customers holding Shababi account with just OMR10 get a chance to win OMR100 every month. In all, 40 winners are rewarded every month in the youth category. Shababi account holders are also eligible for other al Mazyona prizes by maintaining a minimum balance of OMR100.
